We focus on using the very best of local produce from Cornwall and its surrounding areas, working with the seasons to create humble and delicious plates of food. We work with brilliant local butchers, fish mongers, and other suppliers, all of us sharing the same passion for supplying the very best local produce in the most sustainable and eco-friendly way – protecting our lands and oceans is at the forefront of our business.
We provide unique dining experiences from a private chef and service in your own home to supper clubs and feasts. We can cater and create bespoke menus for events, including weddings, private parties and corporate events.
Our experiences are about you. You can be involved as much or as little as you’d like to be – from a four-course dinner menu in your holiday home, a beach BBQ for your birthday, your weddings breakfast and everything in between; we put the same amount of focus, passion, and detail into all of our occasions and events.
Chef and Founder
Jack has been working in hospitality for the last 10 years, he gained a BTEC national diploma in hospitality whilst at Milton Abbey School and from there started ‘washing dishes’ for Mark Hix in Dorset, where he hails from. Jack has recently finished his position as Chef Patron for Paul Ainsworth in Padstow Cornwall where he worked closely with Paul and the team for the last 6 years achieving a huge amount in this time including 2 AA rosettes, an Acorn Award and being listed in the Michelin guide.
