Jack and his team at Elements did the catering for a seated lunch I gave for 120 friends overlooking the estuary at Trebetherick. From the first chat, through to discussions of menus and then onto the actual day he was efficient, thoughtful and had the attitude of nothing being a problem.  The day of the lunch was a total joy, and the food surpassed my expectations. His staff were smart, smiley and confident and worked to make it a very memorable birthday.
